All membership purchases are final.
Recurring Membership Cancellation Policy
Recurring memberships may be canceled at any time if there are no outstanding contracts or commitments. Customers with outstanding contracts or commitments must fulfill the terms of their contract or commitment before canceling their recurring membership.
Recurring memberships must be canceled no less than 5 days before the next billing due date or one additional membership term may be charged. To cancel a recurring membership simply call us!

Class Cancellations & Refunds We understand that circumstances sometimes arise that mean you won't be able to attend a class you have signed up for. If you believe you are going to be late or miss a class, please let us know at least 48 hours before the start of class, and we will gladly give you a class credit.

If for any reason Hacker Lab cancels the class, the instructor can’t make it, or required materials don’t arrive in time you will be gladly offered a class credit or refund.
All single-day class purchases are final. If you are unable to attend Cancel at least 24 hours in advance of the start of class for class credit. There is no class credit available if you do not call prior to 24 hours before the start of the class.
Bootcamps & Extended Classes
Cancel at least 7 days in advance of the first day of class/camp for class credit for your multi-day class or bootcamp.
Tardies & Missed Classes
If you arrive after class has started, you will not be permitted to participate, and your class fees will not be refunded. There are no refunds, transfers, make-ups, or deferments for missed classes if you do not call at least 24 hours before the start of the class. In addition, in most cases, cancellation without 24 hours' notice will result in a no-show fee. This includes those who are using an Unlimited Class or Maker SBU pass. Please call us if you believe you are going to be late or miss class.
If you fail to show up for a class, your class fees will not be refunded.
Class Cancellation Policy Hacker Lab reserves the right to cancel any class for any reason. Students enrolled in a class which is canceled will be notified by phone or email if a valid phone or email address has been provided. Students enrolled in a canceled class will be offered a refund or an account credit that may be applied toward registration for any other class.

Parking at R Street: Membership includes one dedicated parking pass tied to one license plate number for parking at the R Street location. Please see front desk at R Street during business hours for an annual pass or email email@example.com to schedule an alternate pickup time. The parking pass is a window cling that should be displayed on the lower driver's side windshield. A second pass may be purchased for an additional $5. This second pass is intended to be used for a second vehicle, not to allow two vehicles to be parked simultaneously. If a pass is lost or damaged, the replacement cost is $5.
